The most modern way to remove the spinal cord from beef sides in oreder that the Specific Risk Material (SRM) is completely isolated.

> Available with 2 blade sizes::
– SCR16 for pork
– SCR19 for beef
> The spinal cord is pulled out by vacuum and the inboard knife edge then cuts the spinal ganglia without damaging the dura mater.
